Taking ownership of the marketing strategy, development proposition and team you will drive this US backed business as they grow and expand into Europe.
With an almost exclusively online presence this business needs to bring in house the SEO and PPC optimisation and drive sales through to the bottom line. Using your knowledge of running a £1mil marketing budget you will quickly establish how to grow the brand awareness in the immediate tense, but also provide lasting presence for the business across the online space.
Working with established agencies and utilising your existing relationships with PR agencies, you will provide this client with their first established marketing department, aligning the strategy to the American sister company and utilising internal resources where possible.
Reporting to the UK based CEO and managing the junior web developer, your UK based operations will overlap with the Marketing and Product Manager based in the US. Your ability to direct and develop creative web based marketing materials, and evidence of doing so in your recent past will decipher your success in securing this role
With potential travel to New York through the year, this is an international business with huge expansion plans.

Who we're looking for
Experienced Marketing Director with strong background in online / digital marketing. Self starter, with exemplary communication skills, management experience and budget responsibility.

What's on offer
