The role will involve acting for Insurers, Corporate Clients on Insurance Fraud. Examples of claims could be staged accidents, phantom passengers, self induced injuries and low velocity impact claims.

Who we're looking for
You will be a Solicitor who has experience handling Fraud work. Alternatively candidates who come from an Insurance Litigation background who want to move into Fraud. It is likely you will have a defendant background and be a Solicitor from 1 year PQE upwards.
