Responsibilities Include:
• Product portfolio and life-cycle management
a. Assessment and optimization of product portfolio
b. Management of product life cycle with concern and responsibility for resulting obsolescence
c. Price lists and labels
• Develop new products and manage commercialization process.
a. New Product/Packaging launches
b. New sales tools supporting product categories
c. New product commercialization through established stage gate process
• Competitive intelligence repository
• Profitability analysis and improvement
a. Price increases
b. Cost reductions w/minor modifications
c. Product literature
• Product Sales and Profit budget achievement.
• Deliver product line sales and profit objectives, including forecasts
• Deliver annual goal for new products revenue.

• Define the product strategy and road map.
• Deliver market research and product specifications.
• Be the link between sales, production, and technical support teams.
• Manage all steps of product life cycle and report to upper management.
• Perform product demos to key customers.
