• Reporting into the Corporate Development Director you will lead a small bid team to bid for work in the public sector and private sector.
• The bids will focus on winning long term contracts providing and developing innovative and bespoke services, and can value in excess of £2 Million.
• As a Senior Business Development manager your role will involve strategically choosing the bids, developing the bid team and putting the bid together covering the operational, commercial and financial aspects.
• Along with developing new business at senior level you will also be required to manage and develop a number of high value accounts
• Managing and building a long term pipe line this is a superb opportunity for the successful candidate to progress quickly within this blue chip organisation.

Who we're looking for
The successful Senior Business Development Manager:
• Will ideally have previous experience of winning bids with local authorities, centralised government and private sector
• Will need to be able to demonstrate your success of winning bids and leading a team successfully through a tender process.
• Will ideally have an understanding of selling large mixed Facilities Management or business services contracts.
• Must be a consummate professional and show a real passion and ability to succeed.

• Personality, drive, commitment and interpersonal skills will be key for the successful candidate.

What's on offer
Excellent Basic Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending upon experience.
