This leading legal 100 firm in the Thames Valley is looking for a commercial solicitor to join its busy and developing team. The role encompasses all aspects of commercial contract work including drafting and advising on T&Cs, agency, distribution, franchising and goods/services supply contracts, outsourcing projects, infrastructure projects, public private partnerships, advice on regulated contracts (e.g. in the financial services sector), commercial joint ventures, IT and technology contracts and licenses and ecommerce.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate should:

• have gained at least2 years PQE experience form a city, leading national firm or an in-house environment

• experience of the full range of commercial contracts/projects and related contract law
