An exciting opportunity for an insights manager to create a new insight function. The insight manager is responsible for the design and the delivery of an insight programme to support the objectives of the Commercial business. The role is accountable for providing the business with insight for a wide range of uses ranging from customer needs, brand tracking and satisfaction to inform proposition and campaign development, through to market and competitor trends.
