Working for a blue chip company your role as Business Development Manager is to promote the sale of finance and other add-on products by Motor Dealers within a pre-assigned geographical territory. Support & manage existing customers and canvass new accounts to ensure that all targets are achieved at acceptable profit margins. The territory will be Beds/Bucks/Herts/Oxford and Northampton

Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Astute commercial awareness.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Extremely self motivated.
Good time management capability.
Be prepared to innovate.
Ability to work to targets and within strict timescales.
