Part Time Tax Accountant

In House Tax

West Midlands

Permanent ⁄ £25000 - £30000

Part Time Tax Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the VAT returns, this includes preparation of VAT returns from base records
• Hands on experience of preparing VAT returns, and sense checking that VAT posting in the ledger is correct
• Complete monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Provide adequate audit documentation held to support VAT returns filed
• Business support for VAT, and assist area's of the business with any queries i.e. AP
• Provide information to H M Revenue & Customs regarding VAT queries
• Assist the tax department with ad hoc IPT & Corporation Tax compliance requests

Who we're looking for
You should have a proven track record in VAT and Corporate Tax
