As a growing Telecoms business my client is looking for a Business Analystto review their services, products, customer experience, website, infrastructure, severs and back-end systems.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a detailed orientated Business Analyst to perform a gap review and analysea number of IT services, products and systems. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background and the ability to identify opportunities, gaps and suggestions which will shape their IT and business moving forward.

A background in Telecoms/ Retail/ Hospitality with previous online/ e-commerce work would be beneficial.
