To work closely with a wide range of clients to deliver value in the following areas:
• Business process re-engineering. • Organisation design. • Management information and reporting. • Project and change management.
In addition to working with BPI and other colleagues in the delivery of projects in the above areas, you will proactively seek and help convert opportunities to develop the Business Performance Improvement consultancy service.
You will be a part of a dynamic team with ambitious objectives and your role will be to provide additional expertise to strengthen and widen our offered services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To analyse and redesign business critical processes (primary) and organisation structures (secondary). • To project manage and deliver agreed results on time and within budget. • To develop client relationships to generate business. • To carry out work to a high technical standard in a commercially beneficial manner. • To work with BPI partners and staff to develop the business and service offerings.
Who we're looking for
Assistant Manager or Manager (depending on skills and experience). • Qualified - (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or recognised process design or project management qualification e.g. Six Sigma (desirable). • Previous business process re-engineering experience, either as an external consultant or in industry (essential). • Willingness to develop skills in the other core BPI areas detailed above (essential). • Demonstrates high level analytical and consulting skills. • Outstanding communication, writing and presentation skills
