Business Development Manager

• Develop commercial relationships with HR, L&D and 'C' suite individuals within FTSE 100 and Global 500 businesses
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive business development and relationship development
• Research and understand the key elements that are driving C level executives towards their decision making

Who we're looking for
• Demonstrable track record of developing a blue chip client business and successfully closing business at this level
• The credibility and gravitas to develop strong relationships with senior executives
• Broad understanding of the dynamics of large global businesses and national organisations
• Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible working environment
