Head of HR & Finance

Yuanda are a leading construction business and due to continued growth and consolidation they are looking to recruit a Head of HR & Finance based in London. As Head of HR & Finance you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the following areas of Yuanda's UK operation: Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Reporting and Reception. Operating with a stand alone capacity and as an integral part of the management team you will also be tasked with supporting the European HR Manager and Chief Finance Officer with any related to HR, Finance & Payroll within their local regions. The deliverables of the role will be split across two parts:

Human Resources & Payroll

• Define with departments the skills of vacant positions and recruit talents.
• Manage the yearly staff assessment process and support the managers.
• Be the single point of contact for employees for all HR issues.
• Conduct entire HR administration, e.g. write letters of reference, handling of on- and off-boarding process, applicant management, organization of training.
• Coordinate administration with all social security and government bodies.
• Perform payroll for UK market.

Accounting and Reporting

• Perform month end and year end procedures for UK entity.
• Coordinate internal and external accountant and supervise accounting activities.
• Coordinate audits (business, tax, social security, VAT).
• Perform corporate planning and variance analysis (forecast and budget).
• Coordinate payment runs and manage cash positions.
• Report actual financials and plan data

Who we're looking for
• Candidate should possess Bachelor' Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking,
• Human Resource Management or equivalent through experience
• English should be immaculate any other languages are a bonus
• A breadth and depth of Generalist HR experience including exposure to managing payroll in-house.
• Experience of financial planning and budgeting
• Expert knowledge and/or experience of coordinating & supervising internal and external accountant and accounting activities.
• A Team player who is dynamic with strong personality, high integrity, confident and able to work with minimum supervision
• Multi-tasking, positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong planning and organising skills and verifiable references
