Store Manager in Melbourne

Reporting to the Sales Director for Australia and being a key part of the senior store team you will oversee all aspects of this magnificent store. Your key objective is to ensure the store, its customers and the brand is operating seamlessly. This role will require you to engage and lead a large established shop floor selling team to deliver performance excellence.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven retail management career encompassing people development, P&L accountability and the very highest level of customer service. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and a love of everything luxurious you will have strong interpersonal skills to support and nurture your team to deliver results. You will have exemplary customer service skills and previous experience in a luxury retail environment. A tertiary qualification in business, retail or related discipline is mandatory for this role.
