Temp ⁄ 12 month FTC, £26,000 - £35,000

As a Human Resources specialist, you will beproviding advice and support to managers, and take on a number of different case work projects; including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management issues, as well asgetting involved withother generalist activities.You may berequired to assist in the preparation of cases to be heard at Employment Tribunals, andassist in the presentation of case statements and witness statements. You will be working closely with the HR Manager to deliver effective HR solutions in support of the business.

Who we're looking for
• Ability to deal with complex employee relations issues which could lead to tribunal.
• Comprehensive experience of HR work, including experience of handling complex and sensitive cases, such as disciplinary issues.
• Able to work outside of normal office hours occasionally to support those managing shift workers
• Confident in guiding and coaching managers on a wide range of HR areas.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation
