Working in the global services - this office based role is responsible for planning, developing and implementing benefit and compensation programmes, policies and procedures, to consistently align reward systems with business goals and administrate in compliance with the company policies and government regulations, with the aim to enhance the businesses ability to attract, retain and reward high performing employees. This role will be measured by the candidatesability to deliver salary planning and bonus schemes to timelines, implement HRIS to project timelines, and timely completion of reporting requirements

Who we're looking for
+ Strong compensation and benefits experience within a secure transportation/logistics industry
+ Proven background in successful completion of large scale HR projects in both planning and implementation
+ Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines
+ Creative ability to produceexcellently written documents and presentations
+ Willingness to accept responsibility, intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge constructively
+ Confident communicator at all levels, including stakeholders and executive management
+ Commercially and financially competent
+ Highly credible and professional individual, both internally and externally
+ Educated to degree level in business, Human Resources or related field
+ CIPD qualification would be an advantage
+ Proficiency with Hays systems
