The Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the UK and Ireland is part of the European HR organisation and plays a key role in supporting the business across various functions on a local basis in the division. The role involves managing multiple stakeholder relationships globally across the organisation in the delivery and execution of locally based initiatives and business objectives. The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner and change agent to support management teams in the areas of: organisation design and development, resourcing, talent acquisition and succession, cultural change, compensation and employee relations.

Who we're looking for
* Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Qualified
* Masters or equivalent
* Substantial exposure to an HR Generalist role in an international company or covering a variety of functions
* Strong business acumen
* Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
* Results driven and an agent of change
* Excellent solutions orientation
