Head Of Marketing (Legacies & Appeals)

This position is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to make a positive impact across the breadth of this biomedical research institute's expanding fundraising programme.

You will lead the growth of regular giving and legacies through developing, delivering and evaluating effective marketing plans. In addition you'll lend marketing expertise and advice more widely across fundraising.

Key responsibilities include:
• reviewing the institute's current legacy development programme
• developing cost effective and focused marketing plans for increased support through legacies
• evaluating the current individual donor base and devising plans for increasing the number of regular givers
• maintaining oversight of marketing propositions across the wider department

Who we're looking for
Candidates will be solid marketing specialists. You will have the intellectual rigour to engage in the institute's science and be motivated by our cause.

You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in charity direct marketing, membership marketing or similar marketing roles. Your ability to use CRM systems and apply this analysis to forward plans will be impressive, and you will have a strong understanding of brand marketing in its broadest sense.

What's on offer
£40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits
