Our Clientis a Global FMCG business based in theSouth Eastwho have a large portfolio of brands supplying into the retail industry.

This is a high profile role within the business to drive the Demand Planning process and to implement improved collaborative supply chain with major retailers. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity within an excellent business who can offer genuine career progression.

Outline of role:

• You will work closely with the major retailers in a customer facing role and liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to improve forecasting accuracy.

• You will offer leadership to a small team and support the Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure excellent forecast accuracy and impact the business commercially.

• You will take the lead for the demand function, with responsibility for building on key customer relationships to drive business performance, driving profitability through increased sales while optimising profit to ensure excellent service levels through a more collaborative supply chain.

Who we're looking for
The Candidate:

• Ideally graduate calibre, ambitious individual with a proven track record leading a demand planning function ideally within a leading FMCG/Consumer manufacturer.
• There is an international scope to this role also so exposure to European / international markets will put you at an advantage

• Strong leadership qualities to successfully influence cultural change and drive clear KPI's to improve business performance.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve results.
