Join one of the worlds leading Professional Services organisations, and join their HR Consulting division where from the outset you will gain exposure to a broad and varied client base, enabling you to increase your market knowledge across a wide range of industries. This is an opportunity for you to develop your consulting skills, whilst working alongside senior management within the firm and within your clients' organisations. You will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues who have developed significant expertise 'in- house' or through established long term client and industry relationships.

You will be responsible for integrating business, HR and talent strategies to create business value through people, specialising in an industry of your choice. You will have deep expertise in areas such as organisation change, organisational design and organisation leadership. You will help clients achieve their goals by putting people at the heart of their change programme, and ensure the strategic elements of operational changes and leadership are successfully achieved through effective, timely interventions.As an integral part of the organisation design team you are responsible for driving value through their organisation by redesigning and redefining their capabilities, operating model, structure, roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities will be as below;
Continue your experience in working with senior leadership teams in developing and implementing new organisation designs
Use your experience of working with the CXO level to develop organisation designs for large business units, or organisations as a whole.
Continue to drive your strong reputation in the market for delivering end to end design and implementation programmes
Plan, scope and shape of major projects and programmes. This will involve working with clients to improve their organisation design, change and leadership culture
Provide oversight and guidance to clients. Operate and be viewed as a trusted adviser at senior levels in client organisations
Lead and project manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver against specific client objectives
Demonstrate broad strategic and practical knowledge of HR functional, technical, and industry knowledge
Demonstrate sound understanding of client issues and apply experience and rationale to manage client decision making

Who we're looking for
A proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects, including Organisation Design and implementation of Human Resources and Organisation Transformations
Experience and deep knowledge of working in a specific industry
Extensive experience in leading client relationships and client-facing advisory projects
The proven ability to generate significant sales from clients and develop business through leading bids, proposals and negotiations
Strategy articulation / definition - a key competency in Org Design work is the ability to translate strategy into the implications for organisation design
Analytical skills - Org Design work requires an ability to develop and assess alternative org design options, both at a high level, and in detail (for example, when analysing headcount implications)
Stakeholder management skills - Org Design work typically requires interaction with Board members and/or senior leadership teams, and can be very sensitive given implications for individual roles and headcount overall
Change management skills - Successful Org Design often involves transitioning an organisation and its people from an "as-is" to a "to-be" state, requiring deep change management ability
HR skills - a working knowledge of HR policies (e.g.: TUPE transfers, redundancy legislation) is desirable, but is not necessary. Evidence of working with HR Directors in the context of Org Design engagements is expected
