You will be responsible for targetingandmotivating, managing and monitoring performance of individual Account Managers & support, including their personal development. You will be also be required to train all sales personnel and support whilst monitoring your own portfolio of accounts. You will also be responsible for liaising with overseas accounts and offices so occasional travel may be required.

Who we're looking for
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of working within distribution, particularly relating to either IT equipment or electronics. You will have developed sales teams and maintained success in a challenging role.
