Customer Transformation Manager

This role, reporting into the Group Programme Director will be responsible for analysing the customer journey across multiple touch points, mapping the current business model and suggesting a future Target Operating Model.
The purpose of this TOM is to get the maximum information from customers in order to effectively cross-sell products.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for a Customer Transformation Manager who:
• Is able to look at things at both a strategic and granular level.
• Works in a hands-on manner.
• Has managed Customer Transformation projects/programmes.
• Has extensive experience in change management.
• Ideally has a combination of Blue Chip and Mid Tier experience.
• Ideally has travel sector experience
