Support Team Leader

The company I am recruiting for sells mobile communications including IT support services. The primary responsibility of this role will therefore be to implement new contracts obtained by the sales teams. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Support team leader will have the following duties
• Lead the implementation ofnew contracts ensuring service is delivered upon time and on agreed SLA's
• Manage and supervise a team of support analysts
• Undertake resource planning for all new projects in the business
• Mentor and train support analysts on the company's products and services
• Undertake client interaction where necessary to establish and cater to the needs of customers
• Prepare shifts and rotas for the field engineers to ensure coverage at various client sites

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following skills
• Previous experience as a team leader
• Experience of working in a Microsoft base environment
• Knowledge and experience of technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Server 2003/2008
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to deliver projects on time
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous client facing experience
