Temp ⁄ Up to£475/day for an initial 4 month contract

In this role as a Business Change Analyst for this insurance client based in London, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of 2 large change projects which will touch all of the organisation's customers and people. The scale of the 2 projects requires a dedicated lead to manage the engagement and comms across the projects. This will include end users, the project team, executives and end-users. You will manage the engagement and comms approach and plan and will support the project team in the wider engagement with key user groups.

Who we're looking for
To succeed in this role you will have the following:
• A proven track record of engagement and change management across project delivery
• Previous experience of working as a change analyst in insurance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
