As a result of our client's continued success, we now have a new, exciting and unique opportunity for a Head of Recruitment to play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of their business.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading the Recruitment Team in delivering a professional proactive service across business units.This high profile role will be responsible for designing and delivering the strategic recruitment plans for all operational areas.
This role is very diverse and incorporates managing the seasonal volume and stand alone roles that are essential in meeting the growth of their business.

Who we're looking for
With extensive experience of on-line recruitment and managing multiple priorities you must above all be passionate about leading and motivating your team to meet all the challenges that a fast paced entrepreneurial business faces. You will have substantial experience in a senior level, internal recruitment specialist role. Our client is keen to see this specialist background, rather than generalist HR experience. You will have responsibility for managing and developing the online careers site, so previous experience of this is essential.
The successful candidate must have proven success in a fast paced business, be highly organised and numerate with keen attention to detail.
Above all, you must be an inspirational professional, expert in Recruitment.
