Interim Marketing Manager

Leisure Travel

North West

• Oversee a team of three Marketing Executives on a day to day basis; prioritise work-load, monitor progress, approve copy/ artwork and provide support and motivation as required
• Work with the Head of Marketing to plan joint marketing partner activity and funds
• Oversee the joint marketing process (campaigns with hotels, tourist boards and airlines) from initiation to roll-out
• Progress marketing projects and campaigns with the Marketing team and wider organisation, ensuring that these are well executed, delivered on time, within budget and in the corporate style
• Develop excellent relationships with key supplier partners
• Support the Head of Marketing in delivering against marketing objectives, as required

Who we're looking for
• Proven ability to motivate and enthuse a marketing team
• Demonstrable experience of managing marketing activity including direct mail, advertising, digital marketing and PR
• Proven ability to negotiate successfully with suppliers or commercial partners
• Familiarity with Marketing IT systems including CRM and CMS desirable
•Marketing of a luxury, premium or travel brand desirable
• A flair for creativity within the marketing spectrum
• Management of external agencies, including briefing of campaigns and creative
• Strong organisational and analytical skills including good practical knowledge of Excel
