VM Manager - Tunbridge Wells. Our client is a leading premium fashion high street retailer with a global presence and are currently looking for a VM Manager (Visual Merchandising & Display Manager). The role will involve managing a team of visual merchandisers/window stylists in the Tunbridge Wells store and implementing all head office direction and ensuring the maintenance of all the brands visual standards throughout the company.The ideal candidate would have excellent skills in both merchandising and display.
Who we're looking for
In this VM Manager - Tunbridge Wells position we are looking for a variety of skills; General • To uphold and maintain high visual standards and presentation in all stores including franchise and wholesale throughout the UK and Europe. • To help maximise sales through strong VM and window display • Maintain a consistent knowledge of product and styling of best sellers in order to implement commercial and aesthetic visual presentation of windows and stock. • To work together with your counterparts in either VM or Display related tasks when required. • To advise and help the members of your team and support them in their roles. • To be motivational and positive at all times. • To ensure windows are styled correctly and there is a good understanding of key trends for each season. • Flexible hours to include weekends and overnight shifts if necessary.
Management • To identify and prioritise the necessary action needed in store for both VM and display. Equal attention must be given to both. • To manage a team of people by ensuring they carry out necessary VM and display duties correctly and effectively. • Communicating information from Heads of VMD to their team for them to carry out their jobs effectively. • Ensure your team implements the correct company directive for both win
