• To drive the joint commercial planning agenda and establish a clear process for deploying our UK strategic plan with customers and also be a key enabler for success in new ventures such as NPD or new trading channels.
• Lead the annual customer financial planning process in close collaboration with the strategic business and brand level plans to ensure delivery of maximum sales and profit returns.
• Optimising sales deductions, point of purchase and training investment budgets through rigorous ROI analysis models.
• Managing overall sales and activity plans and ensuring alignment with pre-agreed strategies and guidelines
• Reporting and insight provision on the market performance to commercial teams

Who we're looking for
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent with a strong background in customer finance/planning and or commercial roles.
