Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced travel marketer. You will be responsible for:
• Identifying and prioritising marketing and digital objectives
• Digital marketing - implement and monitor SEO and PPC strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates
• Develop and execute plans and strategy for agents websites to increase page views, unique visitors, bounce rate and site functionality to encourage repeat business
• Analyse and interpret user journey statistics to improve the customer experience
• Analyse campaigns, identify trends and provide reports on how to optimise campaigns to produce the best return on investment for the business
• Manage, motivateand lead a small marketing team
• Manage a marketing budget
• Develop strong working relationships with internal teams such as Commercial, Business Development, Membership to improve retention and recruitment and also work with third party providers and agencies
• Manage the bi monthly magazine and monthly hard copy campaigns to deliver strategy and growth

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have extensive travel experience dealing with accommodation or membership. You will be hardworking, passionate about marketing and have a can do attitude. You will have people management skills and be able to motivate and lead by example.
You will be:
• A self starter with the ability to work ina fast paced environment
• Excellent project management and communications skills
• Advanced knowledge of the web, SEO, PPC and social media channels
• Good relationship building skills
• Commercially aware with a creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts
• CIM qualified or educated to degree level in marketing or business is preferable
