Multinational company operating in the engineering field, leader in the European market and investing in the development of new businesses in China, is looking for high potential Engineers to involve them in an International Training Management Program.

The selected candidates will be:
• Involved in a corporate operational excellence program mainly in foundries activities and far-east business
• Involved actively in the implementation of the Company's Six Sigma Program
• Trained to grow within the Company becoming a focal point in the company's management team in a brief period
• Trained in the areas of: Quality Control, Process and Project Engineering

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate:

• Is a newly graduated in Mechanical/Aerospace/Chemical/Metallurgic/Material Engineering with some professional experience
• Is interested in an international career in a Multinational Company and has the passion to travel for work
• Is fluent in English (preferable the knowledge of a second foreign language)
• Is interested in Process Engineering, Project Engineering and Quality Control
• Is Interested in the Six Sigma Program and has a basic knowledge of the Green Belt and Black Belt roles

About our client
Multinational company operating in the engineering field, leader in the European market and investing in the development of new businesses in China, is looking for young, high potential, Engineers to involve them in an International Training Management Program. The selected candidates will be employed with a temporary contract of 1 or 2 years, due to the Training Program, which will then lead to a permanent contract.
