As UK Insight Manager you will be responsible for the following:
• Manage continuous tracking studies and identify opportunities to drive the customer experience.
• Use customer insight to inform & validate initiatives to drive all areas of the business.
• Ensure that that the Business plan and marketing plan are underpinned by consumer insight.
• Work cross functionally to ensure all teams use customer listening to direct key decisions.
• Drive insight into our product offering to ensure optimum range.
• To advise and present strategy on new store openings.
• Present and influence at senior management level.

Who we're looking for
As UK Insight Manager you must have experience of:
• Substantial search and insight experience in a face paced industry.
• Qualitative and quantitative research expertise.
• Highly numerate and literate with first class data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, concise messages and to engage fully with a variety of audiences.
• Strong ability to manage key relationships in a fast paced and complex working environment.
• Proven team management leadership qualities.
