Legal Counsel

This is a varied role supporting a variety of operational and customer facing teams within the business in matters relating to sales and customer support as well as managing relationships with key regulatory bodies.
This will involve drafting, negotiating and advising upon a wide range of documents, including customer and marketing communications, customer terms, distribution and sales agreement and legal and regulatory policies. It also involves advising on issues affecting customers such new laws and regulations, new product or services launches and compliance matters.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE, having completed your Training Contract in a well regarded Private Practice. You will have previous experience of dealing with consumer law, either in house or in private practice.

We require a lawyer who has gained the necessary experience for the position advertised. The PQE identified on this advertisement is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
