Lean Improvement Manager

My Client has a global presence and are known for process innovation in the development of pharmaceutical products. They work with a number of companies, identifying issues within the engineering processes and creating solutions. You will be involved in ensuring that all areas of the drug development process run effectively,with responsibility for cost efficiency and implementing strategies to improve current processes.

Who we're looking for
A highly professional Lean Improvement Manager who is Six Sigma Black Belt qualified. The desired candidate will also be degree qualified or have relevant industry experience. The successful applicant will be passionate about driving change, being well equipped to create and implement new strategies to ultimately improve the efficiency of the process in place to develop these products. If you will need to be focused, innovative and assertive to fulfil the demands of this role and truly impact this company.
