The Compensation and BenefitAdvisor role will be involved in all areas of compensation and benefits with a range of complexity of tasks from administration to more complex analysis and business support. You will report to the Head of Remuneration and Benefits and will be responsible for supporting the management of employee benefits and contribution to compensation based decisions through information, process and analysis. Some of the key responsibilities within this role are:
• Custodian of compensation grade map and compensation data
• Administration of the private medical insurance schemes
• Manage flexible and voluntary benefits provision
• Support job sizing process and salary benchmark roles in line with the salary survey
• Support expat compensation and overseas hires

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits administrator/analyst role. You will be a team player aproblem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems
