Main Tasks and Duties
The successful candidates will be required:
1. To manage a varied caseload consisting of general commercial litigation including :
contractual disputes
company disputes
property disputes
2. To work with the Head of Department and/or Senior Fee Earners on complex commercial litigation matters.
3. To be involved in marketing and business development

Who we're looking for
Essential Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience<BR>Ideally up to 3* years PQE dealing with quality commercial litigation matters
An excellent academic background is desirable
Possess exceptional client care skills
Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Be highly motivated and ability to genuinely add value to the role
Be able to demonstrate proactive management of matters with a minimum of supervision
Be a team player and able to get on with others
Possess excellent networking and client development skills
