This position will develop and implement a locally integrated consumer marketing plan for key brands in order to achieve business plan and equity targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the Head of Marketing to manage agreed budget
• Supporting Head of marketing to set clear brand , concept and customer budgets to deliver against key measures and deliverables.
• Working with local agencies to gain most cost effective solutions to drive brand vision at retail
• Monitoring return on investment
• Having a clear understanding of consumer and product segmentation and brand voice.
• Developing a plan to attract, engage and connect through the brand - presentation, key communication messages
• Increasing consumer awareness across brand portfolio projects
• Developing, driving, supporting and integrating brand and marketing plans align deliver key consumer initiatives.
• Providing clear communication materials and plans to sales team to enable them to sell in product plus marketing support plan.
• Trade marketing support
• Working with retail brand manager to identify 360 degree consumer communication plan from sell in to sell out
• Database management
• Market share and trend analysis of total market to support total sales and marketing teams
• Develop both formal and informal communication with UK/IRE management team
• Weekly and monthly updates to Senior management both written and verbal
• Sharing successes and influencing best practices with the global team in order to ensure the U.K voice is heard and needs met.
• Communicate key internal and external category developments across the matrix. Contribute to all relevant briefings internal and external in the sales (including pre-line presentations where appropriate) product and marketing processes.

Who we're looking for
• Understands brand equity driving activities
• Proven track record of Apparel / fashion consumer marketing
• Project Management
• Proven commercial track record with demonstrable success in driving marketing strategies while delivering profitable revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and work medium and long term based on business strategies and logical analysis of market potential and productivity.
• Strong creative thinking and implementation a plus
• Managed integrated marketing initiatives including new product development.
• Proven ability as strong negotiator with the ability to work to deadline and prioritise projects.
• Strong communication skills - ability to deliver exciting presentations
• Ability to achieve results through others - excellent negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• PC Skills- Powerpoint, excel, word and database management
