As HR Manager you will have responsibility for a global client base of 2,000 and a team of HR Business Partners spread across a number of global locations in Europe, Asia Pac and US as well as London. This is a strong generalist role in a business unit that is growing quickly and will continue to do so over 2012. Much of this growth will be in BRIC countries as well as in their current developed markets and thus successful individuals are likely to have strong non US/UK experience. In the role, you will have responsibility for organisational effectiveness, talent management as well as wider business partnering and day to day HR. This is a great opportunity for an individual with wide ranging HR skillsfrom a matrixed environment to further their career with a large blue-chip organisation.

Who we're looking for
You will be a strong generalist from a multi-national business and will ideally have experience of Asia-Pac or other BRIC countries. You will clearly be able to demonstrate your drive and resultsfrom a commercial standpoint and will have the gravitas to work with a challenging multi-national client group. You must be degree-educated with a 1.1 or 2.1 from a red-brick university and have a clear career track record of success.
