SFD Ltd is an innovative company who specialise in creating, realising & implementing bespoke solutions to the retail and fashion environment.
They are a key provider offering an end to end service including retail design, mannequins, visual merchandising props, window schemes, in store fixtures & fittings, focal points, joinery fixtures & metalwork perimeter systems from concept through to installation for the majority of the high street fashion and sportswear retail groups.
Due to the excellent relationships that the team has developed with their clientele and their point of difference within the market SFD are increasingly involved in large high profile projects for the major national & international retailers.
SFD people are a team of highly committed and extremely passionate individuals whose will to win and ambition to succeed have ensured the future of the company is both secure & exciting.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
• Propose original ideas and solutions across a wide range of briefs from window schemes to interior design across all stages of projects.
• Growth of accounts in line with targeted turnover
• Managing internal team of account managers
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Receive, interpret and develop client's briefs, by advising and proposing guidance, direction and ideas
• Pitching and selling SFD's proposals, ideas and products to the clients
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must have:
• First rate understanding of visual merchandising & store environments is essential, ideally with strong knowledge of window schemes, mannequins & fixtures
• Exceptional Business Development & Account manager experience
• Will possess a very strong commercial acumen & understanding of business
• Experience and understanding of the retail either from within a retailers organisation or working for a company that supplies similar goods
• Well organised and extremely passionate, who is a focused and driven individual
• Will think proactively & react quickly
• Able to understand the client, their brand & their industry
