AN Executive Resourcing Manager is required by a large Financial Services organisation in London

Who we're looking for
• Demonstrable experience in line Business HR role/HR specialist role with experience of working across diverse and complex business units, ideally within talent development or resourcing
•Understanding of Search methodologies and headhunting practices
•Good understanding of employment law and executive compensation and benefits (including executive reward, long term incentive schemes, share awards and bonus arrangements)
•Exposure to international HR particularly from a sourcing perspective

• Sound Microsoft office knowledge
