Product Manager

Consumer Goods

As Product Manager you will be responsible for the following:
• Manage the full product lifecycle from launch, range rationalisation and SKU management.
•Implement marketing plan to support all launches
• Ensure all packaging, messages & POS materials are relevant.
• Develop sales collateral - product positioning, target consumer, product features & benefits.
• Analyse product performance
• Collate market, competitor and trend information for category across all markets
• Work with the Sales team to collate live product feedback as well as external sources (e.g. consumer reviews).
• To asses all new business opportunities through GAP and SWOT analysis, market and consumer trend research.
• Justify all plans through financial measures, understand & actively use P&L & ROI tools to measure & drive category profitability.
• Liaise with international teams on product briefs, sourcing, sampling and manufacture of proposed new products.
• Ensure products comply with standards and legal requirements and be aware of product & testing requirements.
• Manage the development of new packaging formats, and packaging housings
• Ensure Company Website is kept up to date and relevant
• Develop the company's Social Media presence

Who we're looking for
As Product Manager you MUST have experience in a similar role, specifically in product or category management with NPD experience. You must be able to show previous achievements in this field with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
