As the Customer Segmentation & Tools Manager you will be responsible for leading the development of tools, model and segmentations that significantly improve the customer insight and communication capabilities of the business.

You will own the road map for the delivery of segmentations and tools to support the delivery of insight and customer communications.

You will be responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of the customer models and segmentations to the business

Actively engage and demonstrate the value of tools, models and segmentations to the business, obtaining buy-in at all levels

Represent the Marketing division on Business Intelligence working groups; to shape the tools used to manage reporting and information across the business

Provide analytical expertise and consultancy to the wider Insight team

Manage stakeholder relationships in all projects of responsibility

Who we're looking for
- Proven ability to deliver commercial insight to senior stakeholders
- Advanced SAS skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proven ability in the development of statistical models, notably Regression, CHAID & Cluster Analysis
- Track record of the interpretation and analysis of sophisticated/complex customer data
- Ability to explain complex insight outputs in a simple and engaging way around the business to a variety of levels
- Background of writing analytical briefs that ensures actionable insight is derived
