Head of Engineering

The Head of Engineering will be responsible for the extensive capital expenditure on site ensuring delivery of all capital projects including process improvement, machinery upgrade and new equipment installs are completed to budget and on time while minimising the impact on production. Planned maintenance and asset care will be an integral part of this role. This person will have a team of project managers reporting to them and will also be responsible for the whole of engineering on site.

Who we're looking for
We are ideally looking for a Chartered Engineer who is degree qualified(or equivalent)in a relevant engineering or manufacturing technology subject. This person will have managed capex projects in excess of £20m and capex budgets in excess of £40m
