This is a rare opportunity to join a highly practice and work closely with other teams and the Operations Board. You will be required to advise and assist fee earners and partners on matters such as conflicts of interest, confidential information and information barriers, MLA regulations, ethical queries, regulatory matters, firm policies and procedures, PC renewal, PII renewal, complaints and bill queries and bi-annual audits.

Who we're looking for
You will be a legal professional with practical experience in risk, regulation and compliance in a law firm. An excellent knowledge of the regulatory framework as applied to solicitors and others regulated by SRA is needed. A good working knowledge of legislation affecting the legal profession is also required.
You must be a confident self starter and be able to persuade people at a senior level in the organisation to change their view if necessary. The candidate must have had practical experience of dealing with money laundering queries, conflicts of interest, confidential information and the Data Protection Act. Experience of dealing with complaints and claims would be an advantage, but not essential for the role.
Excellent communication skills (both telephone and written) are essential.
