Purpose of the job:
- To analyse and assess impact of change
- To liaise with the Demand Purchasing and Supply and wider Property teams to understand, analyse and document their requirements.
- To work closely with suppliers, vendors and M&S IT to ensure we deliver a solution that meets the specified Demand Purchasing and Supply requirements.
- Manage change to the Demand Purchasing and Supply processes, ensuring increased capacity and improved accuracy of order management.
- System Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (Finance, Warehousing, Procurement and Sourcing, Supplier and Project Management).
- Manage end user support and business intelligence reporting.
- To ensure all users (internal and external suppliers) are trained appropriately to use the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Rich Client and M&S Vendor Portal.

Who we're looking for
- Strong background as a system administrator of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Exposure to full-cycle Dynamics AX 2012 implementations. (Ideally a Microsoft certified Dynamics AX 2012 User).
- Support the development of the Demand and procurement plan for the category
- Background in procurement/buying processes.
- SAP knowledge (reporting skills required).
- Strong ability in dealing with senior business users, determining requirements and priorities as well as resolving issues
- Solid IT project management skills
- Principles of IT project implementation and change processes.
