HR Officer

Temp ⁄ Circa £20,000 plus benefits

Your role will be to support the HR Manager and line managers of several sites in general HR duties including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management. As well as covering all generalist HR areas you will also be aligned to a project to which you will contribute.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role you must be an HR generalist with experience of working in fast paced highly demanding environment. You musthave previously been in a role in which you offer support andguidance to line managers on all Employee Relations matters and assisted with disciplinaries and grievances.
You must have a real passion and desire to develop your own abilities and improve your own performance. You must demonstrate self-motivation and enthusiasm tothrive in a customer centric environment.
As the position is a regional rolea driving license is a necessity.
