Planning, Controls & Analysis Manager - EMEA

This key role will report to the VP Finance and support the regional Sales and Operations Directors on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for directing the financial planning, analysis and reporting activities for the regions as well as managing the budgeting and strategic planning process and other ad-hoc projects. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with financial controls and SOX within the regions and will involve some overseas travel on a quarterly basis.

Who we're looking for
Prospective candidates for the role will display the following skills & experience:

• Degree educated and professionally qualified ACA or CIMA and trained within a leading accountancy practice or commercial organisation.

• Significant regional/multi-country FP&A exposure gained supporting the sales function of a complex group. This experience will have been gained within an organisation that operates ideally within a B2B market across the IT&T sector.

• Proven analytical and problem solving skills, coupled with strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes, IFRS or US GAAP, control techniques and audit.

• Interpersonal skills are key and the candidates must be able to interact with and effectively influence a range of internal stake-holders at various levels of seniority within the group.

• Experience of SAP or other major ERP tools. Strong working knowledge of a multi-dimensional reporting tool such as SAP SEM, Hyperion or Cognos and advanced Excel.
