Clyde Blowers Capital IM LLP is a private equity fund manager, managing a number of private equity funds investing in industrial businesses. They have an impressive track record of delivering market leading returns to investors in the core sectors of power, oil and gas, metals and minerals, petrochemicals and water.

As part of a small team, you will gain unrivalled experience to top tier work and will assist with the investment and M&A operations of Clyde Blowers Capital. You will deal with the full range of M&A and fund work including; AML and compliance, drafting and revising confidentiality agreements, offer letters, due diligence, legal structuring of transactions, disclosure letters, sale and purchase agreements, JV Agreements and company secretarial work. A large part of your role will also be assisting with the management of external solicitors.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have had around 2 years of post qualified experience in M&A work at a top tier firm, preferably with some private equity and international deal experience. Experience in fund work is not essential as training will be provided in relation to funds, AML and Compliance. Some knowledge of banking would be attractive but is not essential. A second language would also be beneficial.

Most importantly you will be ambitious, have initiative and be keen to join-in and be part of a team.
