As Marketing, Communications & PR Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
• Develop strong relationships with journalists in order to instigate and maximise PR opportunities and position as the preferred voice on developments
• Enhance internal communication throughout the organisation, and other printed materials and media formats as appropriate.
• Be responsible for aspects of external communications including the planning and creation of the company's quarterly newsletters, PR campaigns and feature opportunities.
• Be a daily point of contact for all liaisons with external PR and marketing agencies.
• Be an initial point of contact for all press and communications enquiries and subsequent developments.
• To handle and react to crisis situations and protect the company's brand and reputation from any potential or future negativity.
• Manage all of the marketing content.
• Develop and create campaigns to promote and launch initiatives deriving from the US and UK National Offices.
• Keep the business and its stakeholders aware of media developments that are relevant to the organisation.
• Develop meaningful relations with a range of key journalists to promote the business to potential new stakeholders.

Who we're looking for
As Marketing, Communications & PR Executive you must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills of the very highest standard with at least three year's experience of working within public relations and with national and professional media.
• Very strong copy writing and faultless proof reading skills with an excellent attention to detail in matters of spelling, grammar and the English language.
• Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating effective PR and communication strategies.
• Experience in creating and publishing corporate and marketing materials in B2B and B2C markets.
• The ability to enthuse others with energy, initiative, commercial thinking and creativity.
• Solid administrative skills including fast typing speed and good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Role specific knowledge and expertise in internet, intranet, digital and social media
