Who we're looking for
We are looking for the best of the best. You will: • have strong academics (minimum of Bachelor's Degree 2:1) preferably within business, commerce or economics. An MBA would be a distinctadvantage. • be operating at Key Account Manager or Sales Manager level within a global blue-chip organisation and will be recognised as a top-performer within that business. • have experience of working internationally as this role will involve an overseas relocation • a 2nd language is desirable. • have a sharp mind and be capable of managing change. You will not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. • have strong interpersonal skills, ability to build internal/external customer relationships through fast response, global awareness, high performance and team work. • come from a strong technical sales background. • have extensive commercial experience. Whilst the role will ultimately see you moving overseas your initial period with the business will be spent in the West Midlands.
