As part of the businesses central resourcing team you will support senior managers and stakeholders with executive resourcing co-ordination along with a variety of resourcing team projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination support to a small team of Resourcing Managers including travel, expenses, diary management, and the creation and preparation of presentations
• Support the recruitment of Executive Directors by tracking key performance indicators, updating resourcing status spreadsheets, liaising with recruitment agencies and arranging interviews and assessments,itineraries and travel for candidates
• Manage the security vetting process for new hires
• Take a lead role on the creation, coordination and execution of bespoke executive inductions
• Manage the executive recruitment security vetting process
• Arrange leadership assessments and track and file reports
• Take a lead role in ad-hoc team projects
• Manage the resourcing budgets, process PO's and invoices

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an experienced Resourcing professional with the following skills and attributes;
• Previous experience of operating in an agency or in-house recruitment role
• Ability to plan and organise yourself and others in a fast paced environment
• Strong sense of team
• Ability to work under your own initiative
• Experienced in analysing and interpreting data
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Be a competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Proven track record of delivery
• Demonstrate personal integrity
