This large, impressive, customer focused, fast paced organisation have the requirement for an exceptional Head of HR to head their HR function for their new multi-channel Contact Centre Site. This state of the art, technologically advanced centre is seeking a HR professional who has vast extensive HR experience and a proven track record leading and building a dynamic HR function.This is an outstanding opportunity to be an integral part of a business as it grows and be in at the start of what will be an incredible success story. As Head of HR, you will work in partnership with the business through a big period of global growth, managing your team to deliver People plans that support the business as it grows.

Who we're looking for
We are seeking a commercially strong candidate who leads by example and exudes the very highest level of Customer Service for this brand. The successful applicant shall have significant experience as an HR professional in a generalist capacity at both a strategic and operational level.You will have a proven track record in the development & implementation of new policies and procedures and will be really strong on building relationships. A natural leader, previous experience of working within Ireland and in new business set up would be hugely advantageous.Experience in a rapidly changing environment is equally important.
